Please note the following important information:
- Gift certificates can be redeemed at an open theatre during regular Box Office hours, or by mail through Telecharge.com. Same-day purchases are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability.
- If the cost of the ticket(s) is greater than the amount of the gift certificate, the person redeeming the certificate is responsible for the additional cost. If the balance between the value of the gift certificate and the total cost of the ticket(s) is $25 or more, the difference will be refunded in a new gift certificate. Less than $25 will be refunded in cash. (Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.)
- Included with the gift certificates are a list of applicable shows, as well as a statement of the transaction. The gift certificate is also accompanied by a gold gift envelope.
- If express delivery is desired, there is an additional charge.
- Please be advised that the name of the card holder (the purchaser of the gift certificate) will appear on the tickets purchased with that gift certificate.
